The hydraulic steering system of the Nooteboom MCO semi low-loader offers excellent manoeuvrability and minimal tyre wear. And what’s more, the MCO is one of the most comprehensive range of semi-lowloaders.
Numerous options
In addition to the many options available for the OSD semi low-loaders with self-tracking axles, the MCO with hydraulic steering offers many extras. For instance, besides a fixed and single extendible floor a double or even triple extendible floor can be supplied, extending up to 45 metres. Instead of a fixed gooseneck a hydraulically adjustable gooseneck is available as option. With seven axles or more this gooseneck is hydraulically connected to the hydropneumatic suspension of the front axles. Furthermore, the heavier vehicles can be equipped with robust 285/70R19.5 tyres. The finish and conservation are of the highest quality, the chassis being fully galvanised by means of thermal spraying.
Application-oriented
Nooteboom can adapt the MCO semi low-loader to meet the specific requirements of the customer to be perfectly suited for specific applications. In addition there are special versions within the MCO programme, such as a V-shaped load floor for the transport of windmill tower sections and the OptiCat semi low-loader, optimised for the transport of machinery in France.
The MCO semi low-loader is available with, among other things:
• Manual steering with remote control
• Fixed or single/double/triple extendible load floor
• Air suspension or hydropneumatic suspension with raise/lower function
