HIGH CAPACITY ON A SMALL STRUCTURAL SURFACE Lamella can reduce your footprint to as little as 10% of a traditional sedimentation tank. That makes it ideal for the expansion of capacity of existing water treatment plants, or when the surface is expensive or limited. LS – Lamella separator The LS model comes in a number of standard sizes. It consists of an independent Lamella separator with conical sludge hopper, with sludge being removed at the bottom by water pressure when a valve is opened. You can choose a flocculation tank with a fast mixer and agitator, and a rotating sludge scraper in the sludge hopper. All LS and LT standalone models can be equipped with one or more flocculation tanks, with an agitator and fast mixer option to speed up flocculation and sedimentation.
