Jet valve Liquidyn® P-Jet SolderPlus®

This complete solder paste jetting system is designed specifically to jet Nordson EFD SolderPlus® dispensing paste with high accuracy and repeatability at faster speeds for increased productivity. The pneumatically actuated Liquidyn® P-Jet SolderPlus jet valve features a modular design, which simplifies maintenance and reduces service time. Pre-qualified SolderPlus solder paste from Nordson EFD streamlines implementation of the system by delivering a complete, qualified solution. The non-contact dispensing system eliminates the need for Z-axis movement, allowing for faster production speeds. The system also makes it easy to dispense solder paste consistently onto uneven surfaces. It protects fragile substrates from damage since there is no contact.
