EFD’s manual line of 2K dispense guns offer the most portable, lightweight option for dispensing two-component materials. Our standard manual guns come in 150mL, 200mL, 300mL, 380mL, 400mL, 450mL, 600mL, and 1500mL capacities. They feature a 1:1, 2:1, or 10:1 mix ratio, and a 26:1 thrust ratio for dispensing thick fluids. Our versatile multi-ratio manual guns can handle more than 10 volume capacities and simplify ratio conversions for dispensing the widest range of mix ratios. Nordson EFD also offers specialized 600mL manual dispense guns with built-in Film-Pak retainers designed for dispensing collapsible, sustainable 1:1 ratio Film-Pak cartridges. These guns come with a 26:1 or 34:1 thrust ratio that makes it easier to dispense high-viscosity fluids.
