PTFE-lined

Our clog-free, PTFE-lined dispense tips are ideal for dispensing low-viscosity cyanoacrylates and other assembly fluids. The PTFE liner inside these crimped stainless steel dispensing tip shafts provide clog-free application of cyanoacrylates and provide extra control when making microdot deposits of low-viscosity fluids. A unique SafetyLok™ hub thread ensures secure attachment to the syringe barrel. Each hub is designed with flush mating of the hub to the cutoff for smooth fluid flow and to prevent trapped air, which causes dripping and drooling. Each hub is also manufactured and quality-tested to be free of molding flash – bits of plastic that can block fluid flow and cause inconsistent deposits.
