Nordson EFD’s unique HPx™ high-pressure dispensing tools help in the easy application of thick fluids like RTV silicones, epoxies, medical-grade adhesives through very small dispense tips (as small as 0.004" diameter). These tools are manufactured to work with Nordson EFD air-powered dispensers and can effectively multiply seven times the dispensing pressure. For an output of standard 100psi, the tool can dispense at a pressure of 700psi. Not only do they provide quick, fatigue-free application of thick assembly fluids, the tools minimize the risk of repetitive stress injuries. The tools help in increasing yields while providing consistent parts. The dispensing tools are not only compact and lightweight, but come in two versions: (1)the HP4x with its 10cc NordsonEFD syringe barrels and pistons and minimum pressure of 400 psi and (2) HP7x unit with 3cc Nordson EFD syringe barrels and minimum pressure of 700 psi.
