The 741V series of needle valves from Nordson employs low viscosity fluids that come with accurate repeat deposit controls. They are ideally used in applications that deal with the application of the not very viscous fluids in repeatable amounts. There is also no fluid build up in the middle of the shots due to the stainless steel needle seats in the adapter of the tip. The needle is sheathed by a preset distance such that the fluid flow is precise, regulated by the controlled pulsed air action on the piston.
