The Spectrum® HD Feed Center integrates Nordson’s premium HDLV® (high density, low velocity) Encore HD pumps with our feed center system. As a result, you can achieve precision dispensing, sophisticated color change control, and ease of use – all for the lowest cost per painted part. Closed-loop feed center for fast, clean color change Assures powder containment during operation and color change for a cleaner, safer and more productive environment. A variable frequency ultrasonic sieve, fitted as standard, automatically conditions powder and eliminates problematic screen blinding. An exclusive cylindrical hopper design and centrifugal high-pressure cleaning efficiently clean the entire area, eliminating corners in which powder could be trapped. Digital touchscreen guides the operator through the color change process, reducing error and skill dependency. All powder management and system controls are consolidated in one place, reducing factory footprint and enhancing operator ergonomics.
