The Norelem 2020 portal modules pneumatic with aligning guide are designed for mechanical engineering and plant engineering. The unit’s base body, flange plate, and carriage are made from aluminum alloy and the guide shafts are steel and they have recirculating ball bushes. The drive operates pneumatically using a rodless pneumatic cylinder. The stiffened cantilever aluminum profile allows for a high load rating. The modules can be set to all assembly positions. When there is dynamic load the weight specs apply. The unit’s repeat accuracy is ±0.02 mm and it has a temperature range of +5°Cto +70 BC. Other lengths and inclined positions are available upon request.
