Description

The Flex Seal Plus DC drainage coupling is a flexible EPDM sleeve for joining pipes with slightly different diameters where the resistance to earth loads and shear forces provided by a shear band is not required. It is fitted with Clip-in, a patented EPDM profile system that holds the stainless steel clamping bands in place during transport and installation of the couplings. Flex-Seal Plus DC couplings enjoy European Technical Approval No. 09/0248 and Application Technical Document 17/10-225 compliance. (Contact us for full details). The Flex Seal Plus DC comes in nominal diameters of 20290mm and is suitable for use in plumbing, drainage, and public works. It is intended for use in low pressure pipework (0.6 bar maximum) and can be installed indoors and outdoors alike as well as being located above or below ground. It withstands temperatures of −40°C to 140°C.
