Description

"Big brother" of the NORHAM Flexible Coupling LC, the NORHAM Flexible Coupling extra-large XLC coupling is the same type of sleeve, purpose-built but 300 mm in width, which allows for greater tolerance in the cutting of the pipe ends and greater movement of the pipes due to settlement or thermal movement. Made from EPDM and grade 1.4301 (304) austenitic stainless steel, the NORHAM Flexible Coupling XLC coupling withstands temperatures between -40°C and +140°C. It holds an operating pressure of up to 1 bar. Like the rest of the couplings in the range, NORHAM Flexible Coupling XLC can be installed above ground or covered by earth. It is perfectly appropriate for a sewerage, drainage and other non-pressure applications.
