It is unique as it is able to splice for traditional hot vulcanizing, however, at the same time it is also possible to splice plastic profiles such TPE or other fusible materials. The combination of heating tool and infra-red heating of plastic profiles ensure an unbeatable result and a minimum of flaking. Changing between hot vulcanizing or infra-red splicing is done simply on the touch display where all functions can be accessed. The easy changeover or the combination of both techniques gives endless possibilities to produce a large number of different profiles. Our machines are built to last and we only use quality parts from well-renowned suppliers such as Siemens, Festo and Bosch Rexroth. Our Combo Press can be supplied with numerous optional extras, such as tape dispenser, light beam or safety mat, air outlet and lift. All features are controlled in the touch-display.
