Silicon Spreader 502-00 for pre-lubricated gaskets. The NorMec Silicon Spreader developed to equally spread the injected silicon and control that there are no dry spots in the pre-lubricated gasket. The NorMec Silicon Spreader has 3-station, and each station can be separately set-up. When running all three stations, the spreader can distribute and check 540 gaskets per hour with length on Ø 600 mm (24 inches). The maximum length of the gasket is Ø 1750 mm (69 inches). We know time is money; therefore, have we designed the spreader with usability as the top priority. The operator will, in a matter of minutes, understand all the essential features on the machine. With just a click, the operator can switch between running single or double gasket or load an already stored program for the specified gasket. The user can easily set-up all settings on the machine directly in the Interface. One of the features is password protection of the machine and new help function for the operator and maintenance personnel. If any problems should occur, it`s easy troubleshooting directly from the control panel. The newest optional feature is the installation of a VPN (Virtual Private Network). With the VPN, our technical engineers can connect directly to your machine for troubleshooting or upgrading of software. The maximum length of the gasket is Ø 1750 mm (69 inches).
