The homogenizer is excellent for small and medium productions. Compact and does not take up much space. The homogenizer is available with a hopper built into the top of the machine and a recirculation circuit as well as a liquid and semi-liquid material withdrawal line.
Thanks to its unique design, the inline homogenizer provides the ideal conditions for processing even very sensitive materials, thanks to its product chamber (no "dead zone" or dirt traps) and simple and effective cleaning technology.

How it works
The built-in homogenizer works according to the rotor/stator principle. The product is pumped and then mixed through the recirculation circuit using a homogenizer. The machine's high shear forces help achieve emulsions with droplet sizes down to 1 µm.
The powders fed through the hopper are also excellently dispersed.
