Automatic vulcanizing system

This vulcanizer distinguishes itself for its strong structure in steel, mounted on columns also in steel of adeguate diameter; additionally, the generous sizes of the heating plates (Ø mm. 200) and the large diameter of the pressing screw, allow the vulcanization with a wider range of moulds. But the characteristic of this machine consist in the use resistances of elevated power, that guarantee the maximum speed of propagation and uniform of the heat in the two heating plates. This vulcanizer is gifted of two controller, thermostat and digital thermometer and of a switch/timer 120 minutes that permits the mailbox of the time of vulcanization and the automatic quenching of the machine, once matured the same. .
