these methods involve adding chemicals (flocculants) to produce the precipitation of the pollutants, which can then be removed much easier as compared to the method described above.
These are automatic plants designed for the continuous treatment of waste water produced during vibrofinishing processes.
This plant is able to purify technological waste water produced by tumbling processes thanks to a de-emulsifier/adsorbent product that absorbs pollutants like suspended substances, turbidity, dyes, surfactants, mineral oils, heavy metals, organic solvents, etc...
The purification process is continuous and consists in treating the waste water by means of a flocculation and decanting process. The water that needs to be treated is automatically mixed with the de-emulsifier/adsorbent product that causes the formation of floccules, which absorb most of the impurities contained in the water dragging them down towards the bottom of the decanter. The waster and slugs are then discharged separately into two filters where the final filtration occurs. The purification process produces slugs that can be easily shoveled away and disposed of.
