The GRT 30/40 fully automated varnish-coating machine is specifically engineered for continuously conducted operations of varnish laying on work-pieces. The machine comprises an external enclosure whose walls and top are manufactured from rigid polyurethane panels in order to impart a high degree of heat insulation. The frame of the machine is structured from varnished steel.
The varnish laying machine constitutes a bearing frame which is composed from tube-shaped sections. This bearing frame is designed to provide support to the external enclosure and the internally positioned automatic varnish laying unit.
An automatically operated door is provided through which piece-holding bars are loaded and unloaded by the operating personnel. The automatic function of the door is facilitated by a pneumatically operating cylinder which is manipulated by an outer pedal.
The internal, automatic varnish laying module encompasses twin chains, positioned in parallel, and operated by a gear motor. The unit is equipped with an integral torque regulator. Efficient heating is provided by an electric heat exchanger, positioned on the side panel of the drying unit. The heat exchanger is equipped with a fin resistance battery.
