The Novatec’s production includes a wide range of standard installations that include Cleaning and Drying Systems,Modular surface treatment systems,variety of dryers and ultrasonics.The Cleaning and Drying Systems are designed typically for allowing ultrasonic cleaning and rinsing which may either be standard or custom provided as per customer’s specific requests. The Modular surface treatment systems with single/cascading stages are an ideal choice for immersion and spray treatment operations.The wide range of dryers provided by the Novatec include Hot air,infra-red,vacuum,centrifugal and Solvent dryers. Their other important mechanics include ultrasonic degreasing machines, spray-cleaning machines. Further the ultrasonic systems include piezoelectric and magnetostrictive ultrasonic generators and flanged or bulkhead mount submersible transducers. These are well equipped for laboratory or research applications with the presence of compact ultrasonic cleaning Tanks. The components are capable of operations in the range 18-100 kHz but other frequencies are also achievable through a generator supplied by the piezoelectric units designed in modular construction. A load capacity of nearly 1000kg can be automated through the handling system with 2/3 axes. The Novatec’s production also allows air and Water treatment systems.
