Novatec's production includes a wide range of standard installations. They have Cleaning and Drying Systems. Standard products for ultrasonic cleaning and rinsing are available. Products, according to the customer’s specific requests, can also be supplied. There are Modular surface treatment systems for immersion and/or spray treatment with single or cascading stages. Other products include: hot air dryers, infra-red and vacuum dryers, centrifugal dryers, solvent dryers, ultrasonic degreasing machines, spray-cleaning machines etc. Compact ultrasonic cleaning tanks for laboratory or research applications are also available. In ultrasonics, piezoelectric and magnetostrictive ultrasonic generators, flanged or bulkhead mount submersible transducers are available. Work frequencies range from 18 to 100 kHz. A generator with different frequencies can be supplied due to the Modular construction of the piezoelectric units. 2 or 3 axes handle systems with load capacity up to 1000 kg. For air and water treatment, water softeners using reverse osmosis is used. There is an active carbon water filtration system and manual or automatic water demineralising systems, ultra-filtration systems and environment-friendly evaporators under vacuum.
