Phosphating plant PLURITANK

The PLURITANK cleaning series from Novatec is designed to meet the requirements of industrial batch cleaning. It can be used as alternative to solvent-based plants, as it provides good cleaning without the safety and health risks. The ultrasonic system comprises a combination of various process modules. Bar code readers can be equipped with the system to help control the type and quantity of the product(s) being treated, as well as to trace and monitor the process and save data related to the different stages of temperature, times, amount of ultrasonic power, etc. The module is completely fabricated in stainless steel. A standard version is available as well as a custom version that adapts to customers’ specific needs. The system can be used in industries such as the automotive, defense, medical, aeronautics, etc.
