Description

The DE 1626 JP SELECTA Oenological Distiller allows you to obtain the distillate of alcoholic beverages validated in accordance with regulation CE No. 2676/90 (wine analysis) and CE No. 2870/2000 (spirits analysis). Suitable for testing and controlling the alcohol content of wines, the alcoholic content for high-proof spirits, volatile acidities and Sorbic acids. The DE-1626 oenological distiller from JP SELECTA has been validated by the INCAVI oenological station in Vilafranca del Penedés in Spain. In their laboratory, they carried out validation tests of the DE-1626 oenological distiller to determine the volumetric alcohol level according to the criteria established by CE Regulation N" 2676/90 and CE 2870/2000. Hydroalcoholic samples were were analyzed as well as several wines and spirits having a high degree. The results obtained were satisfactory in terms of accuracy and precision.
