A cost-effective gateway to improve equipment connectivity, enabling better visibility into production data. The DigiRail IoT is a smart gateway to easily connect sensors and actuators with local and cloud systems. It's an I/O module developed to meet the market demand for IIoT-connected instruments. With either Wi-Fi or Ethernet communication, it plays a fundamental role as an IoT Gateway, connecting other systems through protocols such as MQTT and Modbus-TCP. This versatility differentiates DigiRail IoT, allowing it to be easily integrated with both local and cloud systems.   DigiRail IoT provides an RS485 connection for operation as a gateway, master, or Modbus slave, with the ability to monitor and publish up to 8 variables from other devices. Its message management system also ensures data traffic security. It is configured using the NXperience software and has a connection to the main market clouds, such as Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, NOVUS Cloud, or any other compatible IoT cloud platform. It also offers support, via the NXperience Trust software, to systems validated according to FDA CFR 21 part 11.
