The magnet systems circulating in the liquid-tight body are suspended between two parallel chains under a slip plate (anti-magnetic). They exert an attractive force on parts lying above them. When the magnet systems are moved, the parts follow this movement to the defined discharge point. NSM slide conveyors are available in five different sizes and can be tailored to your task in terms of nominal width and the arrangement of straight and ascending conveyor segments. The performance parameters of the conveyors can be varied via the type and number of magnet systems installed. Furthermore, the units can be extended by various accessory components such as hopper superstructures; forced liquid guides, coolant tanks; filter rollers, demagnetizing coils and many more.
