High quality anti-static hose made from two rubber coats: red and black one. Exterior red coat ensures resistance to abrasion, contamination and extreme operating conditions. Internal black coat is reinforced and ensures resistance to greases, oils and carries the air. Polyester braid provided between coats ensures reinforcement whereas thin copper wires provide anti-static performance. Hose offers high flexibility and resistance to bending, stretching and kinking. Silicone free. Advantages: Anti-static performance – thin copper wires placed between coats ensure electrical load discharge – to enable use in paint booth. Comfort – flexible, lightweight – ca. 20% lighter than traditional hoses, offers high flexibility in extreme working conditions from -40°C to 90°C. Resistance – improved resistance to abrasion, mechanical damages and greases or oils. Heavy duty performance – also in extreme weather conditions – ozone coat protects against weather conditions, low and high temperature. Ready to use – fitted with Rectus 26/DN 7.2 high quality brass fittings.
