The lunex hose is formed by three layers; An inner layer made of nitrile rubber. A circular woven intermediate layer (prevents defects such as knots, broken threads, etc …) composed of: Warp: High tenacity polyester threads. Plot: Polyester threads of high tenacity and synthetic monofilament. An outer layer made of the same nitrile rubber. Its design and weight make it an easy hose to roll, transport and unfold. Its good flexibility, even at low temperatures, avoids problems of flow loss and hose management. Its high adhesion between layers confers a very good resistance to aging. The design of the inner layer gives it a reduced friction (minimum load losses), and a very good resistance to the action of chemical products (additives, oils, gas oils, …). The design of the intermediate layer gives it a good resistance to pressure. The design of the outer layer gives it a very good resistance to high temperatures, abrasion, weathering and ultraviolet rays.
