Aluminum Solution Heat Treating Furnaces could be provided for temperature ranges from 300ºF to 1,200ºF (150ºC - 650ºC). Solution heat treatment is normally achieved by heating a product long enough in a heat treating furnace at a temperature that allows some of the constituents to enter solid solution, cool down fast enough to hold them in that state and improve mechanical properties.
