Description

Chain and mesh belt ovens and furnaces can be provided for temperature ranges from 200ºF to 1,200ºF (93ºC - 650ºC). Chain and Mesh Belt Ovens are designed for continuous production line operations accepting parts ready for heat processing and discharging them ready for the next production step. We review the individual product and process application, to determine the best choice of conveyor (mesh belt, cross slats, chain strands, flat wire, etc.) and the best air flow pattern system (vertical flow, side flow, end flow, etc.) to transmit the heat efficiently to the load. Nutec Bickley provides custom Chain ovens and Mesh Belt Ovens to match customer production and process requirements. Advantages of chain furnaces and mesh belt ovens Chain and Mesh Belt conveyor oven offers continuous product throughput and complete process flexibility. Uniform quality products results. High energy efficiency. Easy maintenance and long life service. Stable steel frame construction. High convection design to improve the fast heat up of the load. Customized air distribution designs in order to match the air flow pattern requirements according with product /load arrangement. Direct and Indirect firing options to avoid the contact of combustion products with load. Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA). Industries where Chain and mesh belt ovens are used Automotive Aluminum Forging Ferrous Casting Stress Relief Electrical (Transformers & Motors) Curing/drying Other Heat processing applications
