Synthetic fluid NYCODIEL 1258

NYCODIEL 1258: THE IEC 61099 OPTIMAL CHOICE IEC standard 61099 is specifically meant for synthetic ester-based insulating fluids. NYCODIEL 1258 is fully compliant. NYCODIEL 1258 is biodegradable and displays high fire safety properties (K3 class according to IEC 61039), high resistance to oxidation and an extensive temperature range. NYCODIEL 1258 is particularly suitable for transformer installations located in sensitive areas such as rivers and lakes sides, sub-urban, confined and restricted areas. In the context of raw material availability issues, NYCODIEL 1258 has been developed to improve sustainability on the market. NYCODIEL 1258 is qualified and approved for use. It is fully compatible and miscible in all proportions with current similar brands complying with IEC 61099. Former NYCO IEC 61099 grades, NYCODIEL 1244 and NYCODIEL 1255, are still available on request.
