Description

NYBASE ISO VG 32 is a mid-range viscosity speciality base oil for Group I replacement in industrial lubricants and neat metal working fluids. Nybase ISO VG 32 is ideally suitable for the blending of high quality industrial lubricants like ISO VG 32 hydraulic oils, and slideway oils, as the viscosity and VI are well matching the requirements. NYBASE ISO VG 32 can be used as a base oil in neat metal cutting fluid formulations due to its suitable flash point, low volatility and high VI. Applications include turning, sawing or drilling and other very demanding operations. Metal cutting neat oil applications for low speed broaching, gear shaping, threading and tapping operations can be formulated with ISO VG 32. NYBASE ISO VG 32 can be used in neat oils for metal forming fluid applications like steel, copper and aluminium wire drawing, light duty stamping, and for medium duty cold steel extrusion. NYBASE ISO VG 32 is a specialty base oil, with very good low temperature properties. This is demonstrated by the low pour point and viscosity at low temperature. NYBASE ISO VG 32 also has high solvency for additives, and for any polar compounds formed during the usage of any lubricant based on NYBASE ISO VG 32. NYBASE ISO VG 32 is a specialty base oil, suitable for the replacement of SN 150 Group I base oils.
