NYBASE ISO VG 100 is a high viscosity speciality base oil for Group I replacement in industrial lubricants and neat metal working fluids. NYBASE ISO VG 100 is ideally suitable for the blending of high quality industrial lubricants like ISO VG 100 hydraulic oils, and ISO VG 100 industrial gear oils, as the viscosity and VI are well matching the requirements. With a high flash point and low volatility, it is also suitable for other demanding applications such as piston type air compressors ISO VG 100 (SAE 30). NYBASE ISO VG 100 can be used as a base oil in neat oils for metal forming fluid applications like heavy wire drawing of steel and aluminium, heavy duty stamping, and for cold steel extrusion. In metal rolling, as temporary protection fluids for storage of hot rolled steel products. NYBASE ISO VG 100 has metal treating fluid applications such as a tempering fluid at 150-220 °C.
