Twin-Packis the most compact semiautomatic blister machine suitable for the R&D Laboratory to perform small batches of production, clinical trials, stability testing. It is equipped with a special hot-cold double station that allows the operator to immediately cut the blister post hot operations due to a cold station independent from the one for thermoforming and sealing/coding. This speeds up the blister operation ensuing higher productivity. This enables the operator to carry thermo-forming of plastic material, sealing/coding in one operation and final rapid die-cutting of blisters with simple change of tools with out any experienced personnel or extra keys. The series produces 2 blisters per stroke mm 68x89, or one bigger blister mm 136x89. The tailor-made projects can be developed as per customers real requirements, manufacturing moulds with different blister dimension, configuration and quantity.
