The SympatyF160 deblistering machine is specifically designed for the deblistering of the blisters without causing any kind of damage to them.These are characterized to eject the product through a mechanic system without any kind of damage.The machine equipped with all necessary tools required for the cutting of the blister covering material prior to the product ejection which makes the process an effortless task.It is capable of deblistering blisters with up to 7 pocket rows while a diagonal loading line allows the stock placed directly on the F160 to load automatically blisters with 120x150mm dimensions. The process initiates by the charging of the blister automatically by the F160 which in turn starts the un-destructive blister recovery cycle.There are tools which are compatible with all format,product and dimensions which are responsible for the recovery of the products.The latest deblistering machine Sympaty F160 incorporates a fine method in blister recovery which allows them to be immediately reused or disposed of.A hopper is provided,into which the ejected product slides for its recovery,opposite which is a chute on which the pressed blister falls,thus getting divided.
