Manual deblister machine S 40

The de-blistering machine in this product series comes equipped with a fast adjusting system, suitable for changing formats. In terms of operation, all the molds are positioned on the small truck, and users can insert one or more blisters, with maximum dimensions of 125 x 95mm. The loading of blisters is done manually and the format change is extremely simple. The upper part of the machine is defined by the mechanic system, which develops a pressure of about 1,500kg, acting on the mold through a mechanic lever. The construction is aluminum, steel and stainless steel, while the de-blistering machine comes with a new design, which represents the smallest and most economic manual machine on the market. The fast format change, along with the low cost of format, are also worth mentioning.
