O.M.A.R. Sympaty F130 is a universal, semiautomatic deblistering machine. It is capable of deblistering all sorts of blisters in plastic materials that have hard aluminum covering and ALU-ALU blisters. It requires no additional tools and it produces perfect product integrity and productivity. This machine comes with all necessary accessories for recovering multi-shaped tablets, capsules, almonds, soft gel capsules and other similar products from blisters. It can handle up to seven pocket rows with the maximum width of 120 mm. This excludes any expenses for format parts and their storage. It comes with a movable support that includes transparent PET-G and painted iron bins which are used for waste material and recovered products. Sympaty F130 has a fully interlocked safety guard with a single prevention carter of PET-G. In case the carter is removed from the security circuit the machine is turned off automatically. This machine can be also equipped with the blister guide equipment for blisters with special configuration (diagonal placed pockets) and an electronic piece counter system.
