Concrete spraying machine OCM-030 COMPATTA

MACHINE FOR THE DRY SPRAYING OF GUNITE, CONCRETE AND REFRACTORY MASSES. It features the same pumping groups and hoses’ sections as the economical OCM-016 SIMPLEX. Like this it can therefore be used in soil consolidation works, dry shotcrete in small section tunnels, caves and mines, restoration of damaged concrete structures, swimming pools constructions etc. The machine is moreover widely used in the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of ovens with refractory masses. The OCM-030 COMPATTA features the exclusive hydraulic clamping system of the sealing rubber gaskets on the rotor, which allows to optimize the wear of gaskets and plates as well as to work optimally even in extreme conditions of use. The use of the more advanced OCM-030 is therefore advisable in the case of frequent use or when it is necessary to reach large distances. The hydraulic clamping system of the rotor allows in such cases to optimize wear and to compensate at best the pressure that develops inside the delivery line. Finally, the machine can be configured as desired by the Customer, not only regarding rotor capacity and pipe section, but also by choosing from the numerous options available, such as: high pressure water pump, wire or radio remote control, dosing unit for liquid chemical admixtures (DOSA version), module for recording and transmitting the main production parameters.
