Used to dry fragile and light products such as cereal flakes, extruders and snacks, with low energy consumtion. Dryer for flakes consisting of 3 superimposed rectangular compartments, made of tubular steel, lined with insulting sandwich panels which grants the perfect tightness and thermal insulation. Each compartment is composed of: - perforated conveying belt in stainless steel, provided with a continuous cleaning system, driven by a variable speed motor which controls the advancing speed; - heater exchanger with relevant inside canalization for the distribution of the hot air flow on the working deck. It is regulated by slide gates thus granting a constant and perfect drying action according to the required technological parameters. A stainless steel rotary airlock, driven by a gearmotor, regulates the output and the product feeding. The upper hood in stainless steel provides the air discharge. All inside parts, in contact with the product are in stainless steel.
