It measures and batches all grains with an independent electronic system, completed with a microprocessor and controlled by a central PLC. Simple measurement and batching of all grains, controlled by a microprocessor electronic system. Each flowmatic is completely independent from the others, thanks to the electronic system of data processing and control installed on board of the machine, as well as mechanical adjustment devices for grain flow. Notwithstanding eventual variations in the moisture content and in the specific weight of the incoming grain, the pre-set output on the control panel is kept constant. Output is entered through keyboard and visually displayed. The flowmatic is able to record the total quantity of grain passing through the apparatus starting from a prefixed time. The flowmatic is equipped by a pneumatic safety slide gate that, in the absence of electric current, cuts-off automatically the incoming grain. Each flowmatic can be controlled independently or by a central unit (through a PC) when grouped into battery for grain mixing.
