The latest generation machine for the control of grains' protein and moisture in the first and second conditioning. All for a correct management of the grain mixing and conditioning process in order to improve the quality of the end products. The innovative online Multifunction Grain Analyzer (onlineMGA) system was developed to meet the most demanding market requests in the continuous control and management of the grinding process. Our objective was to combine management of the two fundamental phases of the milling process: • grain mixing • conditioning The continuous technical and technological evolution of increasingly performing and reliable plants encouraged OCRIM to create a new product also for the purpose of: • improving the quality of the end products • guaranteeing consistency over time of the flour produced • obtaining greater plant flexibility • reducing maintenance costs • complying with legislative requirements, where planned In this optic, the control assumes increasing importance, in real time, of production in all its phases.
