The grinding wheels can be replaced singularly or all together,anyway it is necessary an accurate balancing of the assembly before its start-up. The agglomerate of abrasive particles in coarse grain, high in sharp cutting edges, allows a good husking action on the product. The high hardness of the matrix allows a long durability, any way providing an effective spare of cutting edge. They are composed of metal discs coated in a metallic alloy agglomerate and diamond powder.
