Intensive dampener SCV/X

Thanks to the combined effect of dampener/mixer, dehuller and aspirating channel, the machine ensures intensive grain dampening. SCV/X is a vertical development machine equipped with a double principle screw for the dampener/mixing of cereal with the elevation of the same to the discharge point and of special profile paddles with variable inclination, to favor the detachment of the outer part of the bran layers, improving therefore the uniform penetration of water in the kernel and realizing the first step of cereal dehulling.The upper part of the machine performs as an aspirating channel: the shelled grain, during its falling,is exposed to a strong counter-current of air separating the light impurities which are conveyed tothe intake manifold.La coclea verticale SCV/X, completamente in acciaio inox, è dotata di un motore con trasmissionea cinghie e di un sensore presenza prodotto incorporato, collegato al sistema di dosaggio acqua automatico o manuale fornito a parte su richiesta.
