The extrusion process starts with the creation of die by experts. Die is the heart of aluminium extrusion; therefore it has effects on the important processes like surface quality of profiles, dimensional tolerances of profiles, extrusion scrap rates and production speed. We support our customers during die process by producing dies under tight tolerances using CAD/CAM software with latest technology. With our well experienced technical staff, we are able to produce dies in house and we also collaborate with leading local and international sources. As a result, we are able to provide flexible delivery terms and take immediate action for die modification in case of customer requests.
