Description

The optics test station OTS 200 is a measuring system for all classical optical parameters like EFL (positive/negative), BFL, FFL, Radius (concave/convex), MTF on axis and centering error of single lenses and optical systems. An additional Software module provides measuring functions for air distances, lens thickness and centering measurement of surfaces in assembled optical systems. Fast, easy and accurate measurement of: effective focal length (EFL) back focal length (BFL), flange focal length (FFL), concave and convex radii (R), modulation transfer function (MTF), Centring error, centration of single lenses and optical systems A special version of the OTS optics test station was special developed for the measurement of optical and geometrical parameters of cylindrical lenses. OTS-Z: Optics test station for cylindrical lenses The motor controlling of the measuring head offers high control comfort. The highly resolving image processing system guarantees in connection with subpixel software algorithms highest measuring accuracy. Objective, computer-based measurements belong in the quality assurance and in the inspection of incoming goods meanwhile to the standard requirements. With the help of the Optics Test Stations of OEG these demands can be excellently fulfilled. High accuracy, simple operation, automatic measuring expirations and logging possibilities are characteristics of a new generation of optics measuring instruments. The devices of the OTS-series fulfill these requirements and make so the entrance possible into the computer-assisted quality assurance in the optics manufacturing.
