Measuring system for diameter, roundness and reduction angle of wire drawing dies The DGMS is a measuring system for Drawing Dies, Enameling Dies, Shaped Dies, Wires, Shaped Wires and Rods. The DGMS is designed modular. It consists of a basic system, which can be upgraded by several additional hard- and software modules. The measurement is performed optically by use of image processing. Each DGMS-system is equipped with two objectives. Depending on the diameter range to be covered, the typical combinations are 0,4x and 4x or 1x and 10x. The basic system is a fully equipped measuring instrument, ready for use. It provides the following standard measuring functions: -Diameter and Roundness of Drawing Dies and Enameling Dies -bore area of drawing dies and Enameling Dies With optional additional hard- and software modules, the following measuring functions can be added: -Reduction Angle of Drawing Dies -Diameter and Roundness of Wires -Parameters of Shaped Dies, Shaped Wires and Rods.
