Description

Machine for insertion of plastic strips into the grooves of aluminum profiles. Dragging System equipped with nr. 4 motorized rotors to prevent strips stacking while inserting. Kit of spécial heads for plastic bar guide OEMME s.p.a. studies and performs, on request, customized bar guide devices that assure a very quick insertion of the bars by rolling up the end of the profile. Compared to the traditional bar insertion System which needs a manual operation to line up the bars, customized bar guide devices allow to insert the bars automatically. Lowering of bar insertion time brings to an increase of productivity up to 30%.
