Description K2PE-SG Series is consists of two separate units, ” Automatic side grouping unit” and “Shrink Tunnel”. It has an automatic controlled feeding system and easily integrate into production lines for fully automatic packaging operations. A various products can be packed in this machine such as; waters, juices, wines, canned, medical, chemical, cosmetic products etc. Application After completion of filling capping and labeling, products are being fed automatically to multi channels and colleting in a sealing area. Sealing bar cuts and seals the film. After this with conveyor discharge belt the product is take into the tunnel. The polyethylene (PE) film tightly wraps product with temperature inside the tunnel. Polyethylene film, which is cooled by fan at the tunnel exit, besides provides a good image to the product, protects the product and provides ease of transportation, stocking and distribution to the consumer.
