The ANTARES block cutter is a modern concept in marble and granite cutting, in slabs, by means of a pack of vertical disks and a horizontal disk mounted on two independent bridges.
This special structure of the block cutter permits vertical and horizontal cutting to be carried out simultaneously.
The blockholder carriage slides on rails so that it can pass under the cutting units and, as it does not have dimensional limitations, it can carry several blocks at the time thereby increasing productivity.
When designing this machine particular attention was given to the sturdiness of the machanical parts in order to guarantee cutting precision and disk performance.
