We produce HT700 type resistanced heated hoses, for the transfer of plastic and thermoplastic materials,from the extrudate to the mold at the defined heat value in melt state. HT700 co-extrusion heated hoses that we produce from T3 PTFE hose which is resistant to high temperature and pressure tension ; provide excellent flexible connection between the co-extrusion and the mold, thus ensures mold changes practical. The thermal expansion and vibrations that occur as a result of heating are minimized. Its flexible structure facilitates extrusion and mold maintenance. HT700 Co-extrusion heating hoses operate safely and efficiently within the system under proper installation, maintenance and normal operating conditions. HT700 coex heating hoses can be controlled with HT-1000 temperature control panel.
