Our T-PAK 750 is our high speed semi-automatic bagging system. It is designed for automatically sealing bags coming down a packing line or off an automatic bagging machine. The system is equipped with an angled conveyor with powered back belt. The Supersealer hot air or Supersealer band sealer, is mounted to the conveyor and is equipped with a T-PAK infeed. The T-PAK infeed pulls the bag up to the product. The product then proceeds into the Supersealer and exists with the “Perfect Seal”. Each T-PAK 750TM is custom built to meet the need of the customer’s application. All the sealers are available in right to left or left to right configurations with various options. It runs on 110 volt or 220 volt, and can be plugged into any wall socket. It is CE marked and CSA marked. Bag Top Trimmers remove excess material from bags to create clean packages. The trimmer provides fast and crisp cuts. Jet Flow Trim Remover sucks the trim from the Bag Top Trimmer into a mesh bag. Automatic Infeed creates a smooth automatic transaction into the Supersealer for High Speed Conveyor Systems. Deduster removes dust that creates barriers for sealing from seal area so that bag can be sealed. This is recommended for difficult dusty environments. Bag Coders/Printers Emboss Coder or Ink Roll Coder. All Other coders on the market can be mounted to the Supersealer. Washdown version - IP65 Rated Washdown Bag Sealers. An IP65 rating sealer can be washed down with a garden hose. Our washdown bag sealers are ideal solutions for clean-room packaging environments and packagers that require strict cleaning standards.
