The OK MBS20 is a continuous rotary band sealer designed to meet FDA guidelines for the medial packaging industry. It can seal a wide range of medical packaging materials including Poly/Poly, Tyvek, Mylar, Pet Coated Tyvek, Paper/Poly, Laminated Foil and Metalized Foil Pouches. The Supersealer MBS20 is the most economical Medical Bag/Pouch Sealer on the market today. This economical price has been achieved by going back to the basics of the medical industry requirements. Validation for bag sealers requires the following three parameters to be validated, Speed, Heat, and Seal Wheel Pressure. This sealer has minimal use of floor space. One to five or more bar sealer output can be put thru this one sealer. Today's marketplace offers a plethora of smart and reliable electronics. With OKI's creative design team we have brought the Medical Industry the most advanced an efficient bag/sealer to meet their stringent requirements at an amazing cost. The sealer has its own HMI which monitors heat, pressure and speed in both real time and the setting. Up to 65 recipes can be loaded into the HMI. Bag changeover is made easy. Just go to your recipe for your bag/pouch input and all parameters change automatically, including changing the height of the sealer if required. Calibration of sealer has been thought out, external ports are available for heat and pressure, so your calibrated instruments can easily be plugged in.
