The additional piece model is ideal for machining short series, and/or when the shape of the workpiece changes frequently. Additional piece models have machined female threadings (M5) for socket head screws on the side of the jaw face, making it quick and easy to use various additional pieces which can also be machined into different shapes. Additional pieces can be produced from differing materials such as plastic, aluminium or steel, depending on the workpiece material. M5 thread lenghts: - B-size clamp = 4mm - D- and F-size clamps = 7mm N.B. There are also several sizes of additional pieces available, generaly they are made from aluminium but steel is also an option. Available in B, D and F- sizes
